Both undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at Harvard are invited to apply to the HURI Summer Research Travel Grant Program for support to conduct projects in Ukraine during the summer of 2020. Grants of up to $2,500 for graduate students and $2,000 for undergraduates will be available for travel and research expenses. Students wishing to apply for a HURI summer research travel grant must prepare an application using Harvard's Common Application for Research and Travel (CARAT). Completed CARAT forms and additional required materials are to be uploaded in the CARAT system.

2020 application period: Jan. 15, 2020 – March 5, 2020.

Application proposals will be reviewed by HURI’s selection committee and decisions will be announced by mid-April.
