The collection includes serials; monograph titles supporting courses offered by the Ukrainian Studies program in history, literature, and language, and the Harvard Ukrainian Summer Institute; reference aids such as encyclopedias and dictionaries; and specialized bibliographies of monographs and serials. Most books and journals can now be found in HOLLIS.

Slavic Studies: A Research Guide

For help in research in Slavic studies, please consult "Slavic and Eurasian Studies at Harvard" developed by the staff of the Americas, Europe, and Oceania Division at Widener Library. In the Slavic and Eurasian studies guide, you will find an overview of the size, scope and history of the Harvard University Library's Slavic collection; a bibliography of selected reference works (archival guides, dictionaries, encyclopedias, and atlases) in the major Slavic languages; tips on searching for books and dissertations at Harvard and beyond; lists of links for Slavic e-resources (electronic journals, online databases and indexes, news sources, country data, and government documents); a description of some of Harvard's Slavic special collections (manuscript collections, photographs and other visual material, and maps); and recommended web resources in Slavic studies outside of Harvard.
